Rachel Wilma Skinner, age 94 of Troy, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026 at her residence. She was born September 1, 1932 in Coshocton, OH to the late Charles Edward Kreider and Wilma Marie (Guilliams) Kreider.

Those left to cherish Rachel’s memory include her husband Robert Skinner of Troy; stepson Mark (Diana) Skinner of Heath; grandson Christopher (Shelly) Shaw; and sister Louise Jenn Haight.

Rachel was a graduate of Coshocton High School and worked for several years at Coshocton Bank but spent the majority of her years as a dedicated homemaker to her family.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
