Ralph Wayne Burton passed away peacefully at the age of 74 in Troy on the morning of July 3rd 2026.

Ralph was born at home on April , 1952, in Adair County Kentucky to Srena Burton and Arthur Burton.

Ralph went to Concord Elementary School and then graduated from Troy High School Class of 1971.

Ralph was a meatcutter for 50 years and retired from both Troy Meijer and Kroger. Ralph loved the outdoors where he enjoyed foraging, hunting, and fishing. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie 971 for 35 years.

Ralph was preceded in death by both of his parents and his sister Glenna James

Those left to cherish his memory include his late life love Norma Carol; his siblings- Otis Burton (Barbara), Carl Burton, Lenna (William Ison), and Joyce Burton; his children with Bonnie- Jenny Burton, Otis Burton, Jamie Burton, Carl Burton (Trina); and his children with Edna- Jonathan Reeves and Robert Burton (Elizabeth). At the time of his passing Ralph has 18 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life for Ralph will be held at Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie 971 at 225 N. Elm St in Troy Ohio starting at 1pm on Saturday July 11th All are welcome. Carry In Dish optional.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial donations to Vets and Brews in honor of Ralph W. Burton.

Ralph had good morals but even better morels.
