Randolph Scott "Randy" Evans, age 69 of Troy, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation Center. He was born September 30, 1955 in Piqua to the late Charles and Charleene (Combs) Evans.

Those left to cherish Randolph's memory include his wife Teresa (Coolbaugh) Evans, whom he married June 21, 1989, sisters Bertha "Bert" Voskuhl DeMange (Bernie) of Troy and Helen Strunk of Troy; brothers Charles Evans, Jr. of Troy and Stanley Evans of Sidney.

Randoph and his family grew up in the Salvation Army in Piqua and attended Riverside in Troy. He was previously employed with RT Industries in Troy and retired with ODOT where he worked in maintenance and cleaning area rest stops. He enjoyed sports such as bowling and basketball. He also loved to dance with his family and help them with yard work. Randolph loved to spend time with his family and enjoyed going on walks with them.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
