Rebecca Jeanne Witters, age 76 of Troy, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019 at Piqua Manor Nursing Home. She was born August 21, 1942 in New Madison to the late Stanley and Ethel (Bowman) Hogg.

Rebecca is survived by her husband Glenn Witters; son Joshua Witters (Sharon) of Troy; daughter Abigail Roe (Steve) of Danville, IL; two grandchildren; and sister Annette Moore of Mahomet, IL.

She was preceded in death by two sons Micah Witters and Nathan Witters.

Rebecca was a graduate of Greenville High School and attended Parkland College in Champaign, IL. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Vandalia and was a retired registered nurse from Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney.

A memorial service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, August 10, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Vandalia.
