Richard W. Tubbs, Sr., age 64 of Troy, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017. He was born May 24, 1952 in Troy to the late David W. and Evelyn (Miller) Tubbs.

Richard is survived by his seven children: Wendy Tubbs of Troy, Richard Tubbs of Troy, Christy (Darrell) Free of Tipp City, Joe Tubbs of Tipp City, Jamie Tubbs of Troy, Brandy Tubbs of Greenfield, and Josh Tubbs of Troy; twelve grandchildren; four brothers: David (Kim) Tubbs of Georgia, Dennis (Teresa) Tubbs of Troy, Jeffrey Tubbs of Troy, and JoJo Tubbs of Greenville; and aunt Rosie Sammons of Tipp City.

Richard was a retired maintenance worker for ConAgra in Troy and worked for over 20 years at Ginghamsburg Church in Tipp City.

Visitation will be held 2PM-4PM Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. Memorial contributions may be given to the family in care of Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
