Robert E. Bilbay, age 71 of Troy, passed away Monday, June 29, 2020 in the Hospice Unit of Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born May 30, 1949 in Lock Haven, PA to the late Mahlon and Goldie (Philips) Bilbay.

Robert is survived by his wife Gloria (Buzilow) Bilbay who he married April 14, 2012; son Chad Bilbay (Heidi) of Northumberland, PA; two grandchildren; brothers Terry Bilbay (Jennifer) of Lock Haven, PA, Larry Bilbay of PA, and Philip Bilbay of PA; sisters Marsha Copenhaven of Lock Haven, PA and Kathy Shipley of Lock Haven, PA; as well as step-children Stephen Staie (Shannon), Elaine Spicher (Matt) and Debbie Lavey (Doug), and nine step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by brother, Mahlon Bilbay and one other brother.

Robert was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Tipp City and a retired semi truck driver.

A memorial service will be held 3:00PM Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Zion Lutheran Church, Tipp City with Pastor Jeff Glawe officiating.
