Rogelio Ramos Monrreal, Jr., age 38 of Troy, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at his residence. He was born March 7, 1984 in Miami FL to the late Rogelio Monrreal, Sr. and Bernardina (Ramos) Monrreal.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his son Rogelio Monrreal III.

Those left to cherish Rogelio's memory include his fiancé of 20 years Vidalia Quintero of Troy; his children Ramon Quintero, Xavier Monrreal, and Iason Monrreal; brothers José Antonio Monrreal (Brittany) of Greenville and Jesse Monrreal (Yolande) of Troy; sisters Brenda Monrreal (fiancé Richard Simpkins) of Troy, Isabell Monrreal (Kyle) of Troy, and Maria Cruz (Cesar) of Troy; his mother and father in-law Alicia Salinas of Troy and Francisco Quintero, Sr. of Troy; brothers-in-law Francisco Quintero, Jr. (Ruby) of Troy, Rey Quintero (Samantha) of Cincinnati, and Victor Quintero of Texas; sisters-in-law Criselda Villegas (Jaime) of Georgia, Veronica Quintero (Jorge) of Texas, and Edna Quintero (Roger) of Troy; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Rogelio loved to sing and breakdance. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed playing all types of sports. He worked as a Forman for RC Hemms Glass Company in Piqua. Most of all, Rogelio was a family man who cherished quality time with his loved ones. He had a magnetic, positive energy and could light up a room. Rogelio was a jokester with an infectious sense of humor, he could make anybody laugh. He also had a kind, caring nature, and was like a mentor to those who needed him.

Visitation will be from 5:00PM-7:00PM on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Fisher Cheney Funeral Home, Troy. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
