Ronald LeRoy Leighley, 60, of Troy, passed away 5:20 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Wright Nursing Home in Fairborn, Ohio. He was born in Jamestown, Ohio on September 23, 1953 to the late LeRoy Franklin and Dorothy Ellen (Price) Leighley. He was married to Trisha Byerly on June 8, 2000, and she survives.

Ronald is also survived by two daughters, Ashley Leighley of Sidney, Diana Leighley of Sidney; one son, Kevin Wagner of Celina; three grandchildren; and one sister, Eileen Rustad of Raleigh, NC.

Ronald was a retired Inserter for Troy Daily News, Piqua Daily Call, Sidney Daily News, and several other papers. Prior to, he worked as a dishwasher and busser at several restaraunts.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
