Ronnie E Peake, 76, of Troy Ohio passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025, at VanCrest (Koester Pavillion) in Troy Ohio. Ronnie was born on December 25, 1948 in Chilhowie, Virginia to the late James and Dorothy (Odum) Peake. He was also proceeded in death by his son Terry Lee Peake and daughter in law Jodi Peake.

Ronnie is survived by daughter Rhonda (Mark) Mason of Chilhowie, VA and son Rick (Jessica) Peake of Tipp City Ohio.  5 grandchildren – Shelbi (Adam)Windle, Stetson (Blake) Peake, Jared (Melanie) Peake, Brayden Peake and Justin Mason. 2 great grandsons, Brantley and Lane Peake. Also, brother Roger (Joann) Peake of Chilhowie, and nieces Jeannie (David) Haynes and Judy (Buck) Sawyer.

Ronnie is also leaving behind his faithful and loving companion, Killer, his best friends Chuck (Carolyn) Knouff and Mark (Tonya) Lee and a wonderful neighbor of 35 plus years, Julie Green.

Ronnie grew up in Chilhowie, Virginia before moving North to Piqua Ohio. He worked for Miami Industries. Ronnie was addicted to his hunting and any free time he had during the season he could be found in the woods hunting primarily deer and turkey. He truly enjoyed the time in the woods with friends and family. Ronnie also enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He also could be found watching his Ohio State Buckeyes or Nascar.

Services will be held Friday, February 28, 2025, at Fisher Cheney Funeral Home in Troy, Ohio. Visitation from 4pm – 6pm and service starting at 6pm officiated by Pastor Michael Calhoun. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Hospice of Miami County.
