Sharon Lee Lutz, age 74 of Troy, passed away 7:17AM Sunday, June 2, 2024 at the Hospice of Miami County inpatient facility in Troy. She was born May 5, 1950 in Troy to the late Harold and Norma (Weaver) Hardesty.

Those left to cherish Sharon's memory include her son Herold Lutz of Troy; daughter Wendy (Brian) Herek of Dayton; grandchildren Jurnee Walker, Storm Walker, and Thorn Walker; great grandchildren Lynnex Belcher, Mearacle Walker, Levi Walker, and Alyiah Walker; brothers Jeff (Cindy) Weaver of Troy and Paul Weaver of Troy; and sister Norma Carroll of Troy.

Sharon was a 1968 graduate of Troy High School and a member of Troy Eagles #971. Sharon was a horror movie buff and loved all things spooky! Of course her favorite time of year was Halloween. She was also an animal lover and adored cats. She was an avid reader- her favorite authors were Stephen King and Dean Koontz. She was a rocker at heart, and enjoyed attending concerts with her kids when she could. Sharon retired from Captor in Tipp City after over 30 years of service.

A celebration of life will be held from 2:00PM-6:00PM Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Troy City Park. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
