Shirley Valandingham, age 76 of Piqua, OH passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, OH. She was born on November 13, 1945 in Piqua to the late David Keihl and Lucielle Ridenour.

In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death to her son Samuel E. Valandingham.

Those left to cherish Shirley's memory include her son, James (Janice) Valandingham of Fort Walton Beach, FL; sister, Charlotte (Rex) North of Conover, OH; and the following grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and great nephews and nieces: Chad, Ken, Brianna, Kelsey, Katlynn, Xavier, Ryleigh, Peyton, Chloe, Jasmine, Brandon, Alahandra, Caleb, Jaimie, Andy, Breanna, and Ashley.

Shirley graduated from Piqua Central High School. She retired from and worked 44 years at Emerson/Copeland Warehouse. She loved being outdoors, especially going to festivals, the lake and picnics. Most importantly, Shirley loved spending time with her family.

A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
