Tammy R. (Lutz) Gulley of Moline, Illinois passed away on Sunday December 13, 2015. She was born October 13, 1966. Being the daughter of John and Kay Lutz and Sandra L. Lutz. She was a hair stylist and a member of the Troy Elks Lodge #833 in Troy, Ohio. She is survived by her son Jeremy Gulley of Peoria, Illinois; brother Timothy Lutz of West Hollywood, California; sister Terri Lynn Brown of Minster, Ohio; brother and sister-in-law Thomas and Hope Lutz of Jonesborough, Tennessee; brother and sister-in-law Jeffrey and Candis Swartz of Troy, Ohio; brothers Steven and Robert Swartz of Phoenix, Arizona; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at the Sarah Hayner Dickey Memorial Chapel at Riverside Cemetery in Troy, Ohio at 11:00AM on Saturday July 2, 2016; accompanied with graveside ceremonies to follow immediately after the memorial service with Father Thomas Bolte presiding.
