Terry Michael Lewis, 59, of Troy, passed away 9:57 p.m. Monday, September 8, 2014 at Troy Genesis Healthcare in Troy. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 2, 1955 to the late Clyde and Irene (Carter) Lewis. He was married to Linda (Cron) Lewis for 14 years, and she survives.

Terry is also survived by one step daughter and husband, Amy and Douglas Phyillaier of Fletcher; and three step grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Kennedy Hall, Troy with Paul Napier officiating.
