Terry Lee Tolly, age 61, of Troy, passed away July 26, 2016 at the Hospice Unit of Upper Valley Medical Center.  He was born September 28, 1954, in Dayton to the late Harry and Geneva (Clouse) Tolly.

He is survived by one sister, Debra Couch of West Carrollton; one aunt, Janet Clouse of Dayton; and several cousins.

Terry was a graduate of Northridge High School and employed by Government Defense Corporation in Dayton.
