Theresa Ellen Howery, age 74 of Troy, passed away 5:16PM Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. She was born June 21, 1950 in Troy.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father and mother, as well as husband Levi Howery on July 8, 2022, brother-in-law Walter Lim, and great aunt Esther Ellen Mikolajewski.

Those left to cherish Theresa's memory include her children Fredrick (Tiffany) Howery of Cleveland and Janel (Keith) Ranly of Troy; sisters Paula Lim of Solana Beach, CA and Pam (Tom) Lillis of Augusta, GA; grandchildren Ellen, Anna, Corinne, Darryn, Eryn, Lauryn, and Braylon; as well as nieces and nephews Jodi, Dana, Susan, and Brian.

Theresa was a member of Troy View Church of God and was very active in her church. She enjoyed volunteering and helping out whenever she could. She was also involved with Troy Senior Citizens. In her spare time, Theresa found comfort in knitting, crocheting, and crafting. She will be missed by all those who knew her.

A funeral service will be held 6:00PM Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Dan Cain officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00PM-6:00PM prior to the service. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
