Timothy Michael Lutz, age 58 of Palm Springs, CA and formerly of Troy, passed away unexpectedly at his home on August 20, 2021. He was born January 10, 1963 in Florida.

He was preceded in death by his sister Tammy R. (Lutz) Gulley on December 13, 2015.

Timothy is survived by his parents John E. Lutz (Kay) of Troy and Sandra (Cain) Lutz of Johnson City, TN; sister Terri Lynn (Lutz) Brown of Minster; brothers Thomas Lutz of Chicago, IL, Jeffrey Swartz (Candis) of Troy, Steve Swartz of Phoenix, AZ, and Robert Swartz of Scottsdale, AZ; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and good friends; also special special friends Tina Fiori, Hara Ezell, and Chad Conners.

Timothy graduated from Northern Illinois University. He was a computer enthusiast and owned his own computer programming business until he retired at age 55.

A graveside memorial service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Riverside Cemetery, Troy with Deacon Mike Knight officiating. Memorial contributions may made to the American Cancer Society, 4540 Cooper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45242.  Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy, OH.
