Wesley Eugene Davis  "Skeeter", age 84, passed away in his home on Tuesday, March 14th at 1:45 PM surrounded by his family.

Skeeter was born on July 30, 1938 in Waterloo, Ohio, son of the late John and Emma Davis.

He is preceded in death by his wife Pauline "Kitty" Davis, son-in-law Timmy Hall and Rusty Bainter, brother Keith Davis, and sister Wanda Westfall, Grandchildren Justin and Dustin Wallace, and Finnley John Davis.

Survived by his three children Teresa Davis, Tamela "Tammy" Davis Hall, Wesley Davis Jr. wife Kelly. Foster children Cindy Jeffrey and Tammy Jarrett. Grandchildren Nathan Davis & wife Lori, Raymond "Eric" Wallace, Samantha Kay Bainter, Wesley Davis III wife Jessie, Helena Notte. Great grandchildren Porter Davis, Nathan Davis Jr., Carrine Davis, and Great Great grandchild Xander Bennett-Davis. Siblings Paul Davis, Judy Detrick, Fred Davis, Janie Davis, and Sally Manson.

Skeeter never knew a stranger.  He also has more grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins to keep his memories alive.

Skeeter lived his life as a trucker to take care of his family. He was well known in the horse racing and car racing communities. He enjoyed playing cards and was always changing his unique hobbies to keep him busy. Quotes:

Services will be held at Riverside Cemetery Chapel on Saturday March 18th. Family and friends are welcome to come for viewing at 10am with services at 11am. There will be no graveside service. Please respect time to be off the cemetery grounds by 12pm.
