Obituary
William Padilla, age 68 of Troy, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017. He was born August 26, 1948 in San Germán, Puerto Rico to the late Florentino and Provi (Toro) Padilla.
William is survived by two daughters: Maria Padilla of Dayton, and Juanita Padilla of Selmer, TN; two sons and daughter-in-law: William and Jamie Padilla of Selmer, TN, and Juan Padilla of Niles, MI; many grandchildren; sister Nydia Padilla-Rodriguez and her husband Luis Rodriguez of Caguas, Puerto Rico; as well as three nephews.
William graduated from High School in Puerto Rico, and worked and retired from Hobart Corporation in Troy after 26 years of service as a Machinist. His hobbies included fishing and wood carving.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00PM Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home with Rev. Tramain Hall officiating. Visitation will be 1hr. prior to the service at the funeral home Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
