William (Bill) Gerald Seay passed away on April 14, 2023 at the age of 95. He was born in Troy, Ohio on January 19,1928 to Roy Napolean Seay and Ruth Theresa Myers. He was the last of their four children. His brothers Roy and Horace and sister Nancy have proceeded him in death.

A graduate of Troy High School and member of First Baptist Church in Troy. A US army veteran during the Korean War. Bill was married to Joan Elizabeth Beckstedt of Piqua, Ohio who proceeded him in death in 2013. Bill and Joan have 2 children Mark and Greg who are both from Troy. Joan and Bill's family include 5 grandchildren. Rachel, Collin, Allison, Colby, and Meghan.

Bill and Joan resided in Troy, Ohio and was employed by Hobart Corporation, KitchenAid division until his retirement. In 1991, Bill and Joan moved to Glendale, Arizona where they resided until their passing.

A graveside service at Riverside cemetery in Troy will be held on 5/19/23 @ 1 PM with Pastor Dale Christian officiating.
