Candace Lynn Wilson

Candace Lynn Wilson, age 54 of Troy, passed away on October 16, 2020 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH.

She was born on October 1, 1966 in Springfield, OH to the late John Milligan and Donna (Bucklew) Hicksenhiser.

Candace is survived by her husband, Randy Wilson, who she married on June 10, 1988; son, Kurtis Wilson of Troy; grandson, Desmond Wilson; sister, Dawn Powers of Piqua; brothers, Butch Spitler of Troy, Jerry Spitler of Huber Heights, and Doug Spitler of Troy; in-laws, John and Zana Wilson of Florida; her lifetime best friend, Billy Brock of Troy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Candace worked as a Pharmacy Tech for many years, she worked at Hocks Pharmacy in Tipp City, OH. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson who she adored. She enjoyed watching butterflies but most of all she was an avid Raiders football fan.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Fisher Cheney Funeral Home in Troy with Pastor Gary Wagner officiating. A visitation will take place before the service from 1:00- 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Troy. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy, OH.
