Cynthia A. “Cinny” Worthington, of Troy, Ohio (Maiden name Lephart) passed away Sunday, November 27, 2022.
She was a passionate, creative, caring, and hard-working lady. She had a beautiful personality. She loved her family, her fur family, and horses, even owning several on her 100-acre farm. She won in horse riding competitions and pursued dressage-style horse riding. Cinny graduated from Alter High School in Kettering, and further studied at Ohio University earning 2 major and 2 minor degrees. She was a teacher for many years. While living in Kansas City, Kansas she earned 3 pink cars selling Mary Kay Cosmetics and achieved so much that she was given the opportunity to meet Mary Kay personally. Upon moving to Nashville, Tennessee, where she lived for several years, Cinny helped eyeglass frame companies and others increase their sales revenue. Cinny was strong in her Catholic faith. She donated her time, and cooking expertise to feed the homeless in Nashville.
She is survived by 3 brothers and their wives as well as 1 sister and husband. She is an aunt and great-aunt to many nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved. She is sadly missed.
A memorial service will be held from 2-4 PM on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Fisher- Cheney Funeral Home, 1124 W. Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
