Obituary
Ernest Richard “Rick” Yambor, age 75 of Troy, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at Troy Care and Rehabilitation. He was born April 5, 1947 in Beckley, WV to the late Ernest and Jenny Yambor.
Those left to cherish Rick’s memory include his daughter Jennifer Yambor of Maryland; sons Jason Yambor of North Carolina and Brian Yambor (wife Brittany) of West Virginia; and grandchildren Maverick and Khloe.
Rick was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Englewood and knew the Lord. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, trapshooting, and fishing, and was a member of the Trapshooting Association. He also loved to spend his time drag racing. He relished the moments just sitting on his porch, taking in nature and the sunlight. Rick was a former sheet metal worker and designed professional gun cases later in his life.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
