Nancy Lee Baker, age 75 of Troy, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025 at her residence. She was born July 12, 1950 in Piqua to the late Elmer and Faye (Smith) Arthur.

Nancy was preceded in death by her sisters Shirley Mayberry and Carol Shroyer, as well as brother Larry Arthur and infant brother Elmer Mack Arthur.

Those left to cherish Nancy's memory include her husband Raymond Baker, whom she married June 15, 1968; daughters Robin Folino of Tipp City and Theresa Baker of Blanchester; sister Janet Kolker (Richard) of Piqua; grandchildren Nathan Holl, Samantha Alexander, Erin Haaga, Emily Haaga, Ella Folino, Markus Mayberry, and Amanda Mayberry; great grandsons Everett Alexander and Grayson Dankworth.

Nancy was a 1967 graduate of Piqua High School and a life member of AmVets Post 88 Auxiliary. Nancy's greatest accomplishment was her family, and she adored cooking and baking for them, especially cookies for the grandkids. She loved nothing more than spending her time with those she loved.

A funeral service will be held 1:00PM Friday, September 12, 2025 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Bill Powers officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00PM-1:00PM at the funeral home prior to the service. Interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Troy. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
