Rickey "Rick" Dean DeMoss
Obituary
Rick Dean DeMoss, age 67 of Casstown, passed away 12:23PM on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at the Hospice of Miami County inpatient facility in Troy. He was born March 3, 1956 in Troy to the late William and Maxine (Fyfe) DeMoss.
Those left to cherish Rick’s memory include his wife Gwen (McGillvary) DeMoss; sons Jason DeMoss of Casstown and Rickey DeMoss, Jr. (Holly) of Troy; grandchildren Michael Hanshaw, Dean DeMoss, and Katie DeMoss; brother Rob DeMoss (Nicole) of Casstown and sister Deb Plank of Piqua.
Rick was a US Navy veteran. He graduated from Hobart Welding School in Troy and enjoyed playing bingo and going to flea markets. Rick was a member of the Troy Eagles #971. He previously worked for Tube Products in Troy and retired from Cargill in Sidney.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
