Sherry Diane Rench

Sherry Diane Rench, age 75 of Chillicothe and formerly of Troy and Covington, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023 at her home. She was born May 9, 1948 in Piqua to the late Theodore “Ted” Overcash and Juanita (Greenbaum) Overcash.

Sherry was preceded in death by her husband Douglas William Rench on December 2, 2020 as well as her sister Sharon Kruse and son-in-law James Lambert.

Those left to cherish Sherry’s memory include her daughters Debbie Lambert of Chillicothe and Lori Rench of Chillicothe, son Scottie Rench, his wife Debra, and her daughter Sam Hicks of Alpha, KY, grandsons Logan Douglas Rench and Dustin Michael Rench both of Chillicothe, as well as niece Amy (Nick) Ahrens of Sidney.

Sherry was a member of First United Church of Christ in Troy and a former member of Troy Eagles #971. Sherry was an avid reader and enjoyed her puzzle books. She was an animal lover through and through and especially loved dogs and cats.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
