Mr. " Grandpa" Weaver stepped in as our grandpa since we were without grandparents growing up. I have only good memories growing up next door to him and Lois. I can remember as a little girl, going in to his workshop watching him make us rubberband guns, dollhouses, and my baby bed for my can for my Cabbagepatch doll. I will always see him on his mower, in his bibs, and pipe in his mouth. He was the best. Loved him dearly and will miss him, until we meet again. I hope he and Lois along with my Dad are visiting in Heaven. Rest in peace.

We are so saddened to hear of Marvin's passing. We had been neighbors since 1976 and enjoyed each and every year with him and Lois. My children considered them grandparents. I cannot find enough words to say what an awesome man Marvin was. He was honest, straight forward, funny when he had no idea he was, but most of all a hard working proud man. We loved him dearly. I have thought so much about him lately and know now he is with Lois and our Jake. I know he loved all of his kids dearly and talked about all of you. My heart broke when he moved out from his home next door. It will always be Marvin and Lois' home. You all are in our prayers and thoughts. Please hold all your memories close and dear. Marvin was a wonderful man.
