Sharron L Hanes

Sharron L. Hanes, age 69 of Piqua, passed away January 2, 2019 at Garbry Ridge, Piqua. She was born August 11, 1949 in Springfield to the late James K. Hanes and Cleo (Barlow) Jackson.

Sharron was a loving sister, aunt, and great-aunt. She is survived by her brothers Jerry Hanes (Sue) of Miamisburg, Michael Jackson of Troy, and Luther Jackson of Findlay; sister Carolyn Syrus of Springfield; nieces Alicia Cook (Johnny) of Troy and Michelle Jackson of Troy; as well as four great-nephews and two great-nieces. She was preceded in death by brothers Ralph Hanes and Karl Adams.

She was previously employed with GE Aviation in Vandalia for 23 years.

A memorial service will be held 3:00PM Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor David Thomasson officiating. Visitation will be held 2:00PM-3:00PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
