Sarita "Sam" Mollman

Sarita L. “Sam” Mollman, age 61 of Casstown, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Troy Care Center. She was born February 7, 1957 in Sidney to the late Lawrence and Sarabelle May (Kies) Pence.

Sam is survived by her brother Jeff (Emily) Pence of Urbana; sister Malinda (Ray) Collins Stephens of Edmonton, KY; two sisters-in-law: Mary Lou Pence of Oak Harbor and Linda Pence of Sidney; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and multiple friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Mollman, who passed away in 1990; as well as two brothers: Lawrence “Larry” Pence and Michael “Mike” Pence.

Sam was a graduate of Fairlawn High School and a member of AmVets Post 88 Auxiliary in Troy and the VFW Post 4874 in Piqua. She loved the outdoors, especially working in her yard and flowerbed. She also loved to fish. She was employed with F&P America in Troy for several years as an assembler.

A funeral service will be held 10:00AM Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Rodney Reynolds officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00PM-7:00PM Monday June 18 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua. Arrangements entrusted to Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.
