Thomas Lionel Kittle, Sr.

Thomas L. Kittle, Sr., age 74 of Troy, passed away Monday, August 20, 2018. He was born May 26, 1944 in Willard to the late Lionel C. and Veronica (Kunkler) Kittle.

Thomas is survived by his wife Gloria A. (Larck) Kittle, whom he married June 23, 1967; son Robert Kittle of Piqua; four daughters: Toni (Ken) Fox of Brookville, Tammy (Daryl) Peeples of Rushsylvania, Sheri (Nick) Meade of Troy, and Michele (Jim) Stover of Troy; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister Patricia Myers of Willard.

He was preceded in death by his sons Thomas Lee Kittle and Thomas Lionel Kittle, Jr.

Thomas was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a graduate of Norwalk High School and attended Hobart Welding Institute for two years. He retired as a coating operator from Spinnaker Coating in Troy after 35 years of service.

A funeral service will be held 6:00PM Friday, August 24, 2018 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy with Pastor Daryl Peeples, Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00PM-6:00PM

at the funeral home prior to the service. An honor guard service will be held following the funeral service by the Veteran’s Memorial Honor Guard of Troy. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Miami County: PO Box 502 Troy, OH 45373.
